AkzoNobel is excited to share the new AkzoNobel Distributor Learning Space, the Training Academy is available for your use. The program is progressive from Bronze to Platinum Levels to build on foundational skills to a level of mastery at completion.

- A tiered learning approach builds on foundational skills and provides acknowledgement and celebration of individual progression.
- Tiered approach makes courses desirable for the new comer in the industry all the way to those with decades of experience.
- Learning methodologies vary at each level. Some courses are Instructor Led Face-to-Face offered at one of our Training Centers across North America to make the most of hand's-on learning. Others are eLearning courses which can be completed on an average of 30-60 minutes at the learners pace and convenience.
- Incentives are offered for completion of each level to move forward in skill development.
- Fully integrated LMS (Learning Management Systems), which allows for easy tracking of your activity and progress.
