Price Increase Effective February 1, 2025 for CV USA

Attention: U.S. AkzoNobel Distributors and Sales Personnel:

While the rate of inflation has decreased for some raw materials, we still face significant increases in other inputs such as labor and shipping costs and therefore, we will increase prices for most of our Automotive & Specialty Coatings Vehicle Refinish brands. This price increase will be effective February 1, 2025.

Effective February 1, 2025, AkzoNobel will increase prices for the following brands:

• Sikkens Autocoat BT – 7.25%
• U-TECH – 7.25%
• Non-paint – 7.25%

Updated price lists will be published and available on the Partner Portal by January 24, 2025.

Please note the following:

• Due to limited product availability, purchases for the month of January 2025, will be limited to your average over the previous 12 months plus 10 percent
• Standard and applicable lead times will apply based on availability
