New Process for AMV Repair/Replacement as of August 12, 2024

Beginning August 12, 2024 there will be a new process for AMV Repair/Replacement. Please follow new steps below.
  • Customer will contact the AkzoNobel Techline for troubleshooting.
  • The AkzoNobel Techline troubleshoots all units.
  • If the unit cannot be fixed while troubleshooting, the AkzoNobel Techline representative will fill out a new replacement form.
  • Please note, only requests for Return Merchandise Authorization forms filled out by AkzoNobel Techline will be processed.
  • If the unit is 5 years or older, a replacement order at 50/50 split will be submitted for approval and then processed.
  • Defective units not returned within 1 month from date of return label receipt will be charged $750.
