New Process for AMV Repair/Replacement as of August 12, 2024
Beginning August 12, 2024 there will be a new process for AMV Repair/Replacement. Please follow new steps below.
Customer will contact the AkzoNobel Techline for troubleshooting.
The AkzoNobel Techline troubleshoots all units.
If the unit cannot be fixed while troubleshooting, the AkzoNobel Techline representative will fill out a new replacement form.
Please note, only requests for Return Merchandise Authorization forms filled out by AkzoNobel Techline will be processed.
If the unit is 5 years or older, a replacement order at 50/50 split will be submitted for approval and then processed.
Defective units not returned within 1 month from date of return label receipt will be charged $750.
