Mixit IM | Certificate Renewal for Instrument Manager
We want to inform you about an upcoming Microsoft Certification renewal, which is crucial for ensuring a secure connection between IM and Mixit. This certification renewal will be rolled out Monday, November 13-Tuesday, November 14.
Reason for the update:
Instrument Manager requires a valid certificate, and this certificate needs to be updated annually. Our current certificate is set to expire on November 19, 2023, so it's essential that we renew it before that date.
What to expect during the update:
We've made the process as seamless as possible, building upon last year's successful update approach. Depending on the internet speed this update takes roughly around 10 - 15 seconds to a minute, to renew the certificate and update IM with a new version 3.1161.1.0.

Outside office hours:
For computers that are OFF during the release, Instrument Manager will initiate the update automatically when your PC starts up.
Unity PC's
For Unit PCs the date for the certification renewal will be announced shortly.
