Automatchic Vision 2 - Sync Issues

The AMV2 seamlessly links to our MIXIT Cloud color retrieval platform using Instrument Manager and acquires measurements using BYK drivers.

Currently, there is an issue related to syncing the measurement from AMV2 to Mixit. This has been communicated to BYK and the Mixit team will also be working together to resolve the same.

Until further update, this can be handled by following the below steps.

• On AMV2 - after taking the measurement go to the worklist screen and see if it is confirmed with a "green tick" on it. With that worklist confirmation screen on AMV2, click "Start synchronization" in Mixit. Then the measurement will get synced successfully.
  

• Trying to sync immediately after measurement without going to the worklist screen on AMV2, leads to unsuccessful synchronization.
